Setting the Agenda

In late 2024 and early 2025, goal-setting workshops were held across five issue areas: Conserve Fish and Wildlife, Mitigate Floods and Droughts, Sustain Navigation, Enhance Recreation, Improve Water Quality. AWI launched its Second Strategic Plan and began a monthly Lunch & Learn series to bring timely information on key issues to partners. A second Mississippi River Watershed Partnership meeting focused on organizational structure to sustain the collaboration long-term.
